Bible Pen Pals Home Page
We live in a time when the faith of youth is becoming increasingly challenged. Atheist movements are becoming more vocal and our Christian youth are constantly challenged. New age concepts abound. A few years ago one of our youth leaders wanted to spend an evening at Youth Group experimenting with a Ouiji board. I turned the request down. There, of course, is nothing wrong with discussing what a Ouiji Board claims to do and what the response of Jesus and the apostles would have been to it. But using it as an activity is a different matter.
We must bolster the faith of our young people by demonstrating that they are not alone amidst the Ouiji board practicers of the world. Our young people need other young people to correspond with about matters of faith.
In Bible Pen Pals we are connecting Christian young people from Uganda with Christian young people from New York, USA. Would your young people to join in this sharing of thoughts and good wishes? Read the list below of those already corresponding.
